Town Council Meeting Schedule
The Holly Springs Town Council meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Tuesday of every month. Meetings are open to the public, and all citizens are invited to attend. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers of Holly Springs Town Hall, 128 S. Main Street. Enter the front doors and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. The Council Chambers is on the left and has double doors. Meetings generally last between two and three hours, and audience members are free to enter or leave at any time. The meetings follow a posted agenda that includes public hearings, unfinished business, new business, a consent agenda and a brief public comment period. Click here for more information about being placed on the meeting agenda.

Planning Board Meeting Schedule
The Holly Springs Planning Board is a citizen advisory board that reviews zoning and development-related issues and proposed projects. These citizens, who are appointed by the Town Council, deliberate and then provide a recommendation to the Town Council for final action. The Planning Board meetings are open to the public. While the public is invited to attend as audience members, Planning Board meetings are not generally participatory. The Holly Springs Planning Board meets at 7 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of every month in the Council Chambers of Holly Springs Town Hall. Click here for a list of members of the Planning Board.

Board of Adjustment Meeting Schedule
The Holly Springs Board of Adjustment is a citizen quasi-judicial board that receives testimony and renders judgments on requests to vary from Town ordinances. The Board of Adjustment also issues conditional use permits. Board of Adjustment rulings are final. Appeal of a Board of Adjustment decision is to Wake County Superior Court. Board of Adjustment meetings are open to the public; however, there is no interaction between the audience and the members of the Board of Adjustment. In this setting, the citizen members of the Board of Adjustment are "judge and jury" in legal questions, and public input to cases is restricted to sworn testimony. The Board of Adjustment meets at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month on an as-needed basis.
